There are various configuration options for when you will receive tells,
who you will receive them from, and when they will be displayed to you.
Syntax: toggle notell
This toggle turns off tells completely. Other people cannot send you tells.
Your tells will be automatically turned back on if you send someone a tell.
Syntax: toggle buffertell
This command lets you record tells to display at your convenience. Use the
replay command to view unread tells.
